Shawl We Try Again?

At this point I'm probably the last person to crochet the Seraphina Shawl. I love this shawl but I can't follow a pattern for this long without getting antsy so I'm picking this up again after a 6-month hiatus. Cropped out of the pic was a curious bee who, first, wouldn't let me snap a photo, then got tangled in the stitches as he explored further. I dislike bugs immensely and am not overly fond of the idea of my shawl covered in bee poo, which I'm sure he did out of fright.

Using Lana Grossa Mega Boots Stretch and a 9.00mm hook. Is it a sock or a shawl? Who can tell? It'll take just two balls leaving me with a $35 shawl that I can toss in the machine ... you know, to get rid of the bee poo.
